In case of a traffic accident

Take the following actions in the event of a traffic accident.

1. Move the car involved in the accident to a safe place in order to prevent further accidents and to avoid blocking traffic.
2. If anyone is injured, provide every possible first-aid treatment until a doctor or an ambulance arrives. Do not move the injured person unless he or she is in immediate danger of further injury.
   
3. Call 110 for help and directions.
   
4. Contact your insurance company.

Before the police officer comes, obtain the following:

• Name
  
• Address
  
• Phone number
